    • Originating new investor relationships and cultivating long-term capital partnerships

    • Representing the firm through investor meetings, conferences, due diligence sessions, and industry events

    • Working closely with senior leadership to execute fundraising initiatives and investor engagement strategies

    • Serving as a key ambassador for the firm's investment platform and market positioning

    • Partnering with internal Investor Relations, Investor Operations, and marketing professionals to deliver a best-in-class investor experience

    • Maintaining an active travel schedule and meeting with investors across the country

    • Communicating investment opportunities across a diversified portfolio of equity and credit strategies

    • Contributing to the continued growth and institutionalization of the firm's capital formation platform

The Vice President of Capital Formation should have:

    • 7-10+ years of experience in capital formation, fundraising, investor relations, business development, or institutional sales within alternative investments

    • A demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital from RIAs, institutional investors, and/or high-net-worth investors

    • Established relationships within the RIA channel, which represents the firm's highest-priority fundraising focus

    • Experience independently sourcing, developing, and closing investor relationships

    • Strong understanding of alternative investment products, with real estate investment experience preferred

    • Experience fundraising across both equity and credit investment strategies preferred

    • Appropriate industry licensing and the ability to meet directly with investors

    • A polished, professional presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills

    • An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in a highly collaborative, hands-on environment

    • A reputation for integrity, accountability, and strong work ethic

    • The ability and willingness to travel extensively (60-90%) as part of the role

    • A strong cultural fit within a relationship-driven organization that values collaboration, accessibility, and long-term partnerships
