Vice President of Engine Rental Operations

Job Summary

AerCap is seeking a highly motivated professional to join AerCap Engines in the role of Vice President of Engine Rental Operations. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Rental Operations, the Vice President of Engine Rental Operations will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer support and maintaining strong partnerships with GE Aerospace fleet teams and senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the placement of short-term spare engine rentals, supporting the GE Aerospace Product Support Pool through the placement of short-term leases, and managing specific portfolio asset categories. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship management skills, a strong results-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute across multiple concurrent objectives.
