SUMMARYOFRESPONSIBILTY:

TheVicePresidentofFieldCommercialispartofacross-functional(Sales,Ops,Service)leadershipteam, responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the assigned territory.

This position will be covering our Southeast region and direct the business strategy, organizational imperatives, and provide leadership to developnewbusinesstowardstheachievementofrevenuegrowthwithmaximumprofitabilityinline with company vision and values.

PAY RANGE:

$160,000 - $190,000 base salary + annual incentive performance bonuses. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range. Compensation decision depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. 

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:

·  Leadsactivitiesofdirectreportstoensuremonthlysalesgoalsaremet.

·  Buildandleadahigh-performingandgrowingteam,fosteringacultureofinnovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

·  Assistsleadersinpreparationofproposals,negotiations,presentations,asnecessary.

·  Nationalaccountmanagementincludingbutnotlimitedto:

    • QPRs/scorecarding
    • Advocacyandrelationshipmanagement
    • CommunicationtoCommercialandcrossfunctionalleadersregardingperformance

·  Responsiblefordevelopmentandimplementationofstrategicgrowthinitiativestoexpand territory referral base.

·  Maintainskeycustomerrelationships.

·  Recruit,hire,andleadonboardingfornewteammembers.

·  Initiatesandcoordinatesdevelopmentofsalesplansandprogramstopenetratenewmarkets.

·  Leveragedataanalyticstoevaluatetheeffectivenessofsalesstrategiesandinitiatives

·  Analyzeactivities,costs,operations,andforecastdatatodetermineterritoryprogresstoward stated goals and objectives and implement change where necessary to achieve said goals; review and approve accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation.

·  Enablesengagementwithandadherencetocompany&functionpolicies,activitiestodevelop and implement long range goals and objectives that meet annual business and profitability growth objectives.

·  Maintainingup-to-dateunderstandingofindustrytrendsandtechnicaldevelopmentsthateffect business unit growth and funding.

·  Engages and partners closely with cross functional business leaders and units, providing open communicationandensuringprocessesaligntotheachievementofthemostimportantshared goals.

·  Developandexecuteonchangeeffortsasrequiredtoimproveefficienciesandexecuteon business commitments.

·  UtilizeNumotionLeadershipPrinciplestoperformjobwithintegrity,compliance,andvalues consistentwithNumotion’smission.

·  AdheretoemployeeorcustomerconfidentialityandcomplywithNumotion’spoliciesand federalregulations.

·  Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at alltimes.Providesolutionsforcustomerconcernsandcontinuallyfocusoncustomerserviceas our top priority.

QUALIFICATIONS,SKILLSANDEXPERIENCE:

Required

·  Bachelor’sDegreeinrelatedfieldorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience,with significantresponsibilityforcommercialactivities.

·  Minimumofsevenyearscommercialmanagementexperience.

·  Minimumoffiveyears’experiencewithinahealthcareareawithresponsibilityfor:

    • Functionalandstrategicaspectsofmulti-locationoperations
    • Managementanddevelopmentofteams
    • Leadershipandorganizationaldevelopment

Preferred

·  Priorexperiencecoachinganddevelopingleadersofteams.

·  ExperiencewithSalesforceCRMsoftware.

·  Understandsbusinessimplicationsofdecisions;displaysorientationtoprofitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.

·  Abilitytodevelopacomprehensiveorganizationwidesalesstrategicplanthatisalignedwith theorganization’sannualrevenueandEBITDArequirements.
