We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR department. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping our people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring our teams have the structure, support, and leadership needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR executive who can balance high-level strategy with practical execution while supporting a growing and dynamic organization.


About the Role: As Vice President of Human Resources, you will partner closely with executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business goals and drives long-term organizational success. This role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including talent strategy, organizational design, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR operations, compliance, and leadership development.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent and workforce strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scalability and operational effectiveness
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and culture development across the organization
  • Direct compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage and optimize HR operations, policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement leadership development and succession planning programs
  • Build and mentor a strong HR team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role such as Vice President or Senior Director of Human Resources
  • Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail background preferred
  • Relocation to Central Arkansas is required for this role
  • Strong background in organizational development, talent strategy, and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated experience leading employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
  • Expertise in compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
