What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including company-wide responsibility
• Proven success leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations
• Strong expertise in:
• • ERP systems
  • Servers running Windows Server operating systems
  • Cybersecurity and data governance
  • Business intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft exchange-based
  • Communication systems and computer hardware
• Demonstrated experience with:
• • Budgeting, capital planning, and financial management
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
  • Project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery.
• Some overnight travel to farming operations and facilities may be required
• Remote work not available for this position
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law

What Will Set You Apart:

• Master’s or MBA.
• Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing or supply chain-intensive industries.

Starting Wage              $210,000-$260,000 / Yearly Salary

Filling Deadline:           May 14, 2026 (For Internal Employees)

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
