Responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and asset-managing credit and equity investments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Originate, underwrite, and manage the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, closing, and asset management of preferred equity, subordinate debt, and senior
mortgage transactions secured by multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, and other asset classes.
Develop and present complex and technical financial models, valuation analyses, and market studies to support investment decisions and asset management strategies. Utilize and leverage specialized market data tools such as Trepp, GreenStreet, CoStar, Real Capital Analytics to support business needs and conduct market research as part of investment underwriting.
Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure client and business needs are met. Facilitate all aspects of deal execution and coordinate transactions within tight timeframes. Travel as needed to client sites.

Salary/Compensation: $119,000 - $125,000 per year
