Job Description
Take the helm of marketing strategy for a leading senior living organization with multiple facilities across the Chicagoland area. As Vice President of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive occupancy growth, build brand awareness, and strengthen community relationships across our diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Lead marketing initiatives across all Chicagoland facilities, aligning strategies with business goals
• Develop and oversee digital, traditional, and community outreach campaigns
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in senior-level marketing leadership, preferably in healthcare or senior living
• Strong background in multi-channel marketing, brand management, and digital strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously
• Passion for creating impactful marketing that resonates with diverse audiences
