Job SummaryThe LA Clippers are seeking a strategic, innovative, and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead the next era of fan growth, brand storytelling, and revenue‑driving marketing initiatives across the Clippers and Intuit Dome. This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the most ambitious brands in sports and entertainment. As VP of Marketing, you will oversee integrated marketing strategy across brand, digital, growth, CRM, ticketing campaigns, loyalty, and fan engagement. You will lead a high‑performing team focused on building deeper connections with fans locally and globally while delivering measurable business impact. We are looking for a collaborative and forward‑thinking leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building brands, growing audiences, driving revenue, and developing high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments. This role is highly cross‑functional and will partner closely with teams across Ticketing, Partnerships, Creative, Analytics, Communications, Product, and Operations to deliver best‑in‑class fan experiences and innovative marketing campaigns.
