What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Business
- Lead a $500M–$1B region with full responsibility for safety, quality, profitability, and growth
- Drive P&L performance and ensure projects meet or exceed bid-day margins
- Manage regional overhead, forecasting, and capital planning
Build and Scale
- Expand across markets including mission critical, advanced manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and more
- Drive geographic growth and establish a dominant regional presence
- Identify and execute diversification strategies across industries and clients
Lead the Work
- Ensure project controls are dialed in across budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and execution
- Partner with Project Excellence teams to enforce standards and reporting discipline
- Support preconstruction efforts including bid reviews and constructability
Drive Revenue Quality
- Lead cross-selling across all service lines to maximize client value
- Strengthen existing relationships while opening doors to new customers
- Position the business as a true lifecycle partner, not a transactional vendor
Build the Team
- Design and evolve the organizational structure to support growth
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier leadership and craft talent
- Build a culture rooted in accountability, performance, and alignment
Own Safety & Quality
- Champion a safety-first culture with measurable performance (TRIR, DART, EMOD)
- Ensure consistent execution of quality standards across all projects and teams
What You Bring
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with real operational ownership
- Proven success running large, complex, multi-state or multi-business operations
- Strong P&L leadership with experience managing significant revenue and budgets
- Ability to scale operations while implementing structure, discipline, and accountability
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Experience across construction, industrial services, infrastructure, energy, or similar sectors
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable in the field, the boardroom, and everywhere in between
