Job Details

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to help lead and scale a growing Mechanical Contractor with projects and service operations across multiple U.S. markets. This is a Senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands how to build teams, improve operational processes, manage field execution, and support continued growth.

The ideal candidate comes from the Mechanical/HVAC industry and has led Multi-location or Regional Operations involving Service, Projects, and Field teams. This person will work closely with executive leadership and have significant influence over how the organization grows.

MUST HAVE:

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership within the Mechanical/HVAC industry
• Senior-level experience leading operations for a Commercial Mechanical Contractor or HVAC Service organization
• Strong P&L Ownership with responsibility for Budgets, Forecasting, Labor, and overall operational performance
• Experience overseeing both Service and Mechanical Project/Capital Project operations
• Proven success managing operations across multiple markets, branches, or geographic regions
• Experience scaling operations while maintaining profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction

NICE TO HAVE:

• National or multi-state Mechanical operations experience
• Experience leading self-performing field teams and traveling crews
• Background supporting a high-growth or rapidly expanding Mechanical Contractor
• Experience opening new markets, expanding service capabilities, or integrating new operational teams
