Vice President of Pharmacy Services

This Vice President of Pharmacy Services role is based in Las Vegas, NV and sits within a large, multi-facility health system's divisional supply chain and pharmacy operations structure, providing executive-level oversight across hospital pharmacy departments throughout the division.

The role. Reporting to the Division Supply Chain CEO and Division Clinical Resource Director, the VP of Pharmacy Services serves as the subject matter expert for pharmaceutical services across the division, overseeing hospital pharmacy departments, leading cost-containment initiatives, and ensuring regulatory preparedness. The position is responsible for developing pharmacy business process models that optimize operating results and improve medication management quality across multiple acute care facilities. This leader analyzes pharmacy purchase patterns and operational data to make strategic recommendations and drive execution on both expense management and clinical quality. The role requires building and sustaining strong collaborative relationships with division and facility leadership, supply chain teams, and other key stakeholders to advance pharmacy practice and align on strategic goals.

What we're looking for.

• B.S. in Pharmacy required
• Doctor of Pharmacy, MBA, or M.S. preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience in an acute care setting, preferably within multi-site operations; retail pharmacy background will not be considered
• Active pharmacist license required; must become licensed in Nevada within 6 months of start date, or sooner if mandated by the State Board of Pharmacy; California licensure optional
• Executive-level leadership experience with demonstrated executive presence and ability to build strategic relationships with senior leadership teams

Schedule. Full-time, daytime administrative hours, Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements.
