Vice President, Product Strategy
Praesidium
Position Overview
Praesidium is seeking a Vice President, Product Strategy to lead the evolution of our offerings into a unified, scalable enterprise system that strengthens client outcomes, increases long-term strategic differentiation, and drives sustainable business growth.
This role is responsible for aligning product strategy, commercial strategy, innovation, AI-enabled operational transformation, and client experience across Praesidium’s core offerings, including Praesidium Academy, the Praesidium Assessment Tool (PAT), and Background Screening. The VP will ensure these offerings operate as an integrated system—not standalone products—aligned to Praesidium’s mission of preventing abuse and protecting organizations.
This is not a traditional product management role. It is a business model, enterprise systems, innovation, and strategy leadership role focused on making Praesidium’s offerings more scalable, more defensible, more intelligent, and harder to replace.
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with operational execution, helping Praesidium strengthen its position as the national leader in abuse risk management while evolving its products and services to meet the changing needs of enterprise clients.
This leader will work cross-functionally with Consulting, Client Success, Research & Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to translate client insights, industry trends, operational data, emerging technologies, and Praesidium’s intellectual property into scalable solutions that improve client impact, operational effectiveness, and long-term organizational growth.
Praesidium is seeking a forward-thinking leader who can help shape the future of abuse prevention systems, enterprise risk management, operational intelligence, AI-enabled workflows, digital training ecosystems, screening operations, and integrated client experiences.
