Scion Executive Search has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an Vice President of Property Management for our client. This is a full-time position based in Greater Cincinnati, OH, and is available immediately.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

A growing real estate firm is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to oversee a large multifamily and commercial portfolio across multiple markets. This leader will manage property operations and site teams and will be responsible for the physical and financial performance of the portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations across the portfolio.
• Manage property budgets and control costs.
• Lead and develop site teams, including managers, leasing, maintenance, and compliance staff.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports with the accounting team.
• Improve operating procedures and systems as needed.
• Set team goals and track performance.
• Handle performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Support leadership on future growth and development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of property management experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• Multi-site portfolio experience preferred.
• Commitment to excellent resident service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage and paid time off.
