Moonshot is seeking a Vice President of Sales to bring operational rigor and scalable structure to a commercial organization with proven market demand. This is not a "go find revenue" role—Moonshot commands strong demand across AI data centers, bitcoin mining, and critical power infrastructure. The opportunity is to build the engine: repeatable processes, disciplined execution, and data-driven decision-making across the entire sales function. You will own forecasting, pipeline management, CRM infrastructure, team architecture, customer retention, and strategic engagement on key accounts. You will also drive competitive intelligence to ensure Moonshot's market positioning remains sharp and forward-looking. This role reports directly to the Integrator/COO and operates as a core member of the executive leadership team.
