Description
Oxford Solutions is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale a field-based business development organization focused on acquiring new skilled nursing and senior living facilities.
This is a direct-hire, remote leadership position for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone. The Vice President of Sales will establish the go-to-market strategy, coach representatives working within local markets, and own new facility acquisition performance across the field sales organization. Periodic travel is required to support representatives in their territories.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and scale a team of field-based business development representatives
Develop the sales strategy for acquiring new skilled nursing and senior living facilities
Establish performance goals, operating rhythms, and accountability across the sales organization
Coach representatives on territory development, facility engagement, and deal progression
Monitor pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and market performance
Partner with company leadership to improve sales processes, positioning, and growth plans
Travel periodically to provide in-market coaching and support
Qualifications
7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales leadership or management role
Demonstrated success building, managing, and scaling sales teams
Direct experience selling into skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, or senior living organizations
Strong understanding of facility operations, including DON relationships, PBJ compliance, per-diem economics, and healthcare staffing models
Proven success driving new customer or facility acquisition
Ability to lead a distributed, field-based sales organization
Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone and be available to work Eastern Time business hours
Willingness to travel periodically
This opportunity is best suited for a hands-on sales leader with deep industry knowledge who can translate strategy into consistent field execution. General SaaS sales experience without skilled nursing or senior living exposure will not provide the necessary foundation for this role.
