Vice President of Strategic Finance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic financial plans that support the company's growth and profitability goals
• Oversee comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide executive decision-making
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team focused on strategic initiatives and financial analysis
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to influence business strategy and operational improvements
• Drive the integration of financial planning with business strategy, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Monitor key financial metrics and market trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration highly preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, or investment banking, financial services
• Proven track record of leading financial strategy and analysis in a complex business environment

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to utilize advanced financial modeling and analytical skills daily to interpret complex data and forecast business outcomes
