You'll sit on the Health Leadership Team and drive both clinical excellence and strategic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead long-range planning, service expansion, and innovation to strengthen access and sustainability
  • Drive clinical quality and outcomes through performance metrics and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with CCBHC, HRSA, BHDDH, and Joint Commission standards
  • Advance integrated care models in partnership with behavioral health and primary care leadership
  • Direct the East Bay Recovery Center and recovery support services, including Peer Recovery Specialist programming
  • Monitor productivity, quality indicators, and financial performance across programs
  • Oversee grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance and reporting expectations are met
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for SUD treatment and recovery services
  • Build partnerships with community organizations, recovery networks, and state agencies
  • Represent the organization in state, regional, and community forums
  • Maintain a visible presence in the RI recovery community to strengthen relationships and funding
