The Role

Lead and grow the Mission Critical / Data Center business
\n
Set sector strategy and drive operational performance
\n
Lead major pursuits, client relationships and business development
\n
Oversee preconstruction and project delivery
\n
Drive P&L, forecasting, risk and commercial performance
\n
Lead and develop Project Executives and operational teams
\n
Build the organizational structure, talent and leadership capability required for continued growth
\n

The Ideal Candidate
\n
\n
Senior construction leadership experience within Mission Critical / Data Centers
\n
Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects
\n
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility
\n
Experience leading business development and major pursuits
\n
Strong client relationships and market credibility
\n
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
\n
Entrepreneurial, strategic and commercially minded
\n
