Support new product introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Develop long-term operational strategy aligned with company goals.
Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team
Qualifications:
Extensive experience (15+ years) spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leadership at a global scale within the fabless semiconductor industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven record of operational transformation improving cost, quality, and delivery simultaneously.
