Real Estate Investment ManagerReal estate investment manager and syndicator that specializes in affordable housingJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOriginate and secure investment opportunities within the designated region, meeting established regional production targetsStructure and negotiate transactions, including issuing and executing letters of interest with developers/sponsorsCollaborate with capital markets and investor relations teams to identify and secure investor participationLead regional marketing and business development effortsBuild and maintain relationships with nonprofit and for-profit developers, lenders, funders, and allocating agenciesRepresent the organization externally at industry conferences, meetings, and forumsDevelop and execute a regional business plan, including market strategy and production goalsStructure transactions in compliance with internal underwriting standards and investment parametersDevelop proficiency in internal financial models, investment fund structures, and underwriting toolsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project management, asset management, reporting) to support deal execution and ongoing portfolio performanceProvide reporting and transaction updates to senior leadership and internal stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
