Position Summary The Vice President of PowerFLX leads PROENERGY’s project execution teams in delivering large-scale EPC construction and power installation projects. Reporting to the SVP of PowerFLX, this executive provides strategic and operational leadership across the division - driving project delivery excellence, profitability, and long-term growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining operational oversight with deep involvement in project controls, contracting, and commercial risk management. The VP establishes tools, processes, and performance standards to ensure safe, high-quality, on-budget execution of major energy projects while developing the next generation of construction and project management leaders within PowerFLX.
