They are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product to lead product innovation and development, focusing on creating and executing strategies for current and future software products that enhance automotive advertising through technology.Responsibilities:• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Stream's suite of technology solutions, including Retail Ready and new product initiatives.• Drive product innovation that simplifies and automates automotive advertising for OEMs, dealers, and agencies.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, media, analytics, sales, and client services to bring products from concept to launch.• Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities in the automotive and ad tech ecosystem.• Create a disciplined product development lifecycle (PDLC) process focused on speed, usability, and market fit.• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO in scaling tech-driven revenue and improving client retention through product adoption.• Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure continuous feedback loops inform iteration and optimization.• Oversee go-to-market planning for product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and account teams.• Define and track KPIs for product adoption, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Required:• 10+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in martech, SaaS, or automotive tech• Proven success launching and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products• Deep understanding of product strategy, agile development, UX, and analytics• Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate with engineering on architecture and integration• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Passion for solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutionsPreferred:• Prior experience in or passion for automotive, media, or advertising technology is a strong plusCompany:Stream Companies is an advertising agency that offers digital advertising, inbound marketing, and email marketing services.
