    About the Role

    The Company is in search of a VP for Risk Reporting and Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including the calculation and review of performance metrics, assessment of portfolio accounting data for compliance, and the aggregation of data for various reporting purposes. This role also involves the development of technology-enabled reporting solutions, optimization of processes and systems, and the coordination of cross-functional relationships to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The VP will be expected to lead, train, and manage a team, as well as drive continuous improvement through process optimization and the application of technical skills.Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience in risk, accounting, and/or investment performance, with a strong preference for those holding a CPA. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with fixed income, is essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to generate a variety of reports, and a proven track record in leading a team. The ideal candidate will be adept at integrating insights from data and stakeholder feedback into processes and will be committed to driving continuous learning and improvement within the team.
