Facilitate the structuring and execution of securitized structured products (structured notes, certificates of deposit and warrants): in particular, coordinate and support the activities of several teams through the securitization process and navigate internal and external constraints to deliver new products for the franchise. Drive the delivery of new product and platform capabilities, which involves working across teams to analyze technical considerations (including legal entity constraints, securities laws, tax, and accounting matters) in connection with the prospective activity, developing “whiteboard” solutions, and managing the selected solution through to implementation on the platform. Requires: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
