Key Responsibilities: - Build adaptive sports programming from ground-up
- Develop relationships and partnerships in the community to increase exposure of the brand and the facility and what it offers
- Responsible for public speaking internally and externally with the goal of increasing membership and awareness of programs and the facilities in an inclusive and accessible environment
Qualifications: - 7+ years in Executive-level leadership with experience in Disability Services or Healthcare and Fitness facilities
- Proven success leading productive teams
- Hands-on leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Creative, out of the box thinker always looking for ways to improve revenue, service, and programming
- Civic-heart, community driven with a passion for advocacy
