The VP of Strategy & Operations sits at the heart of the strategy and growth organization—combining strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution. You will work directly with the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and senior leaders across the business on NAVEX's most important strategic priorities: from defining where the company goes next, to driving the cross-functional programs that get it there. This is a global role.
This role combines strategic thinking with operational leadership and serves as a key connector across departments including finance, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and people operations.
