Description & Requirements

The Video Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the video post-production process. This role ensures that editors, motion designers, and post-production staff are efficiently scheduled, resourced, and supported across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a strong grasp of video workflows, file management, third party licensing and production tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post-production scheduling, tracking editor availability and workload across multiple teams and projects.
  • Adapt and adjust workflows to optimize quality performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate the assignment of video editors and designers to projects based on deadlines and skillsets.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and ensure all deliverables are up to date and accessible.
  • Communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverable expectations between production, creative, and post teams.
  • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and proactively flag risks to production leadership.
  • Maintain third-party licensing tracker for all projects
  • Have familiarity with a variety of video formats, manage customization requirements for each platform
  • Liaise with the media managers on completion and delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in video production or post-production coordination.
  • Strong familiarity with editing and media workflow tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Asana, Airtable, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and calm under pressure.

Success in this Role:

You'll excel if you enjoy keeping the gears turning smoothly - making sure every editor has what they need, every deliverable stays on schedule, and the pipeline runs efficiently from intake to delivery.

Salary Range = 50 - 60 USD Hourly

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
