Job Summary:This role is responsible for producing clear and engaging video tutorials and in-app help content to enhance customer product understanding. You will craft visually appealing and informative videos that guide users through product features and functionalities. A keen eye for detail in user interface elements is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit and assemble raw video footage for customer tutorials.
- Integrate audio elements for clear and professional sound.
- Add basic motion graphics for UI emphasis and callouts.
- Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple video projects concurrently.
Must-Have Skills:- 3+ years of experience creating and editing product support videos that will assist customers in completion steps and tasks
- Strong video editing skills, including sequencing, pacing, and transitions, along with audio mixing
- Basic animation or motion graphics experience (text callouts, cursor highlights)
- Ability to follow brand guidelines closely and consistently
- Solid project management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple videos at once
- Strong attention to detail, especially when capturing product UI and UX accurately
Must have tools experience:- Video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc.)
- Screen recorders (Camtasia, ActivePresenter, etc.)
- Audio tools
Nice to have:- Scriptwriting and storyboarding
- Experience creating software tutorials or how-to content
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (closed captions)
