Job Title
Senior Video Editor

Overview
The Senior Video Editor creates compelling, story-driven video content and plays a key role in planning and executing video shoots. This role combines strong editorial judgment with hands-on production support to deliver polished, on-brand work.

Responsibilities
" Edit high-quality video content that aligns with brand and creative objectives
" Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative leadership to craft engaging visual stories
" Shape narrative, pacing, and tone across interview-driven ( talking head ), documentary-style, and branded content
" Ensure brand consistency and technical excellence across all deliverables
" Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with creative quality
" Stay current with editing techniques, production workflows, and emerging tools
" Partner with creative and project managers to align on goals, timelines, and expectations
" Lead by example through strong creative execution, communication, and collaboration
" Support video shoots, including developing shot lists, lighting setups, and equipment needs

Qualifications
" Bachelor s degree preferred
" 3 5 years of experience in video production, post-production, or an agency/creative environment
" Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with audio editing required
" Familiarity with AI tools and/or 3D workflows is a plus
" Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling, interview-driven ( talking head ) content, motion graphics, and typographic sensibility
" Strong communication and organizational skills
