Additional Comments:

• Understand the entire lifecycle of training, from analyzing training needs to creating content to delivery and evaluation.
• Understand latest release of tools, and apps, and relevant information to be able to effectively create, deliver, and answer questions during delivery, support, and development.
• Use and understand various tools to be able to support, and develop training, for various typed of training content and development, and sessions, in various learning and development formats.
• Deliver, create, and support productivity training on various proprietary and 3rd-party applications, for an in-person, remote audience, with a focus on corporate use and maximizing efficiency
• Create training materials designed for in-person and distance-learning, including, but not limited too, web-based content such as instructional/informational videos and interactive eLearning courses
• Develop, review and support content on, but not limited to, various proprietary and 3rd-party applications, across instructor led [virtual and in person], video, eLearning, and other forms of learning and development
• Develop content on, and for, macOS, iOS, and iPad
• Troubleshoot technical issues, use of UAT environment
• Deliver thoughtfully designed work which maximizes ease of use across a variety of audiences while remaining true to Apple's history of clean, aesthetically pleasing interfaces and materials
• Provide regular communications, including, but not limited to updates in meetings, and via online communication tools, with various stakeholders, leadership, and people across client and vendors as needed
