Short Description:
We are looking for a Video Editor (AI-Driven) to focus on editing high-performing video content, with an emphasis on using AI tools for generative content. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for transforming raw interview recordings into polished, engaging videos. We're seeking someone with hands-on experience in video editing, who can handle the entire process from reviewing transcripts and creating production scripts to editing and publishing the final content. You'll collaborate closely with creative teams, ensuring your designs are optimized for performance and engagement, and you will work with AI-driven tools to streamline workflows. The candidate should have experience using tools such as Descript, ChatGPT, MidJourney, or DaVinci for content creation and enhancement.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
Schedule: Part-time, aligned with MST
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full video production pipeline from raw recordings to final published content, ensuring structured and high-quality outputs.

  • Review transcripts, identify key insights, and build production-ready scripts with clear structure, timestamps, and content flow.

  • Edit videos with a focus on pacing, clarity, and retention, including strong openings, clean transitions, and on-screen text.

  • Create and finalize content packaging elements such as titles, thumbnails, and descriptions aligned with performance goals.

  • Publish and schedule content across platforms like YouTube and Instagram, ensuring consistency and readiness for launch.

  • Track performance metrics such as views, click-through rates, and retention, and apply insights to continuously improve future content.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in video production and editing in a full-time capacity.

  • Experience creating content for platforms such as YouTube and short-form video channels.

  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Descript, ChatGPT, Riverside, YouTube Studio, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.

  • Strong written and spoken English with the ability to interpret and structure complex content accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using AI tools to support video workflows, including transcript analysis and editing efficiency.
