Configure, integrate, and test video systems for live event projects
Troubleshoot and resolve technical equipment issues
Maintain software and firmware updates for video equipment
Support quality control and equipment return processes
Create and maintain system diagrams and technical documentation
Assist with inventory management and equipment recommendations
Provide technical guidance and support to warehouse and production teams
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams on project solutions
Ensure equipment and packaging standards are maintained
Requirements
10+ years of experience in live event video production
Strong knowledge of live production video systems
Experience with broadcast video switchers, cameras, and related equipment
Ability to troubleshoot video, audio, and networking issues
Experience with CAD, Visio, Vectorworks, or similar drawing software
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel as needed for events
Preferred
Experience creating technical drawings and system diagrams
Working knowledge of audio, lighting, rigging, and networking systems
Leadership or mentoring experience within a technical team environment
