Job Description
Video Engineer Live Events & Flypack SystemsLocation: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities- Configure, integrate, and test video systems for live event projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical equipment issues
- Maintain software and firmware updates for video equipment
- Support quality control and equipment return processes
- Create and maintain system diagrams and technical documentation
- Assist with inventory management and equipment recommendations
- Provide technical guidance and support to warehouse and production teams
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams on project solutions
- Ensure equipment and packaging standards are maintained
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in live event video production
- Strong knowledge of live production video systems
- Experience with broadcast video switchers, cameras, and related equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot video, audio, and networking issues
- Experience with CAD, Visio, Vectorworks, or similar drawing software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed for events
Preferred- Experience creating technical drawings and system diagrams
- Working knowledge of audio, lighting, rigging, and networking systems
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a technical team environment
