Job Description:

Role Overview

Hands-on production specialist supporting live, hybrid, and virtual events for UPS enterprise communications. Executes technical and creative production tasks across video, editing, graphics, animation, A/V, streaming, staging, and control-room operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all technical and creative production tasks: video, audio, editing, graphics, animation, streaming, and staging.
  • Build run-of-show materials, prep content, coordinate cues, and support rehearsals with executives and presenters.
  • Operate event platforms and technology: Zoom, Teams, switchers, audio boards, playback systems, recording systems, servers and streaming tools.
  • Manage backstage workflow during events; troubleshoot issues and deploy contingency plans.
  • Handle production equipment setup, testing, configuration, and post-event break-down.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and technical needs with partners, presenters, vendors.
  • Maintain quality, brand standards, documentation, and production checklists.

Qualifications

  • Required: 3+ years of event production experience; technical proficiency in A/V and streaming systems; familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Creative Studio); calm under pressure; detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with video editing, motion graphics, animation, or broadcast workflows; familiarity with corporate/executive communications.

A steady, hands-on operator who solves problems quickly, supports presenters with professionalism, manages pressure gracefully, and delivers consistently polished, audience-centered experiences.

Job Grade: 20E

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office.  Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position.  Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
