Project Description
The Multimedia Producer leads the planning, development, and execution of high-impact visual content that supports business priorities, product launches, thought leadership, demand generation, customer storytelling, sales enablement, executive communications, and digital experiences. This role oversees the end-to-end production lifecycle for a broad range of media formats, including live-action video, motion graphics, animation, webinars, podcasts, virtual events, AI-generated media, executive presentations, and emerging digital content experiences.
As a member of the Content and Creative Studio, this position partners closely with marketing, product, communications, creative, and digital experience teams to translate complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives that drive audience engagement and measurable business outcomes.
This role serves as both a producer and production leader, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient resource utilization, budget stewardship, and adoption of new production technologies and workflows.
Lead end-to-end development and production of multimedia content from concept through final delivery.
Manage integrated production plans across video, motion graphics, animation, interactive media, livestreams, podcasts, and hybrid content experiences.
Translate business goals into scalable content programs and production strategies.
Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Establish production frameworks, workflows, templates, and best practices that enable efficient content creation at scale.
