  • Gather, organize, track, and manage production assets for the video team.
  • Coordinate with the Director to deliver final reports, project files, MP4s, MP3s, and related materials to internal business units.
  • Maintain Video Hive tickets, including updating, tracking, and assigning requests to production team members.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures and production documentation under the guidance of the Director and Senior Producer.
  • Coordinate on-set logistics for studio and remote productions.
  • Book production crews in collaboration with the Director and Senior Producer.
  • Provide hands-on production support as needed, including serving as a Production Assistant, teleprompter operator, or in other on-site support roles.
  • Perform additional production and administrative duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant education, training, or professional experience in video production, film, television, multimedia, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules, documents, assets, and competing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with producers, directors, crew members, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and standard office productivity tools.
  • Comfort working in a deadline-driven production environment.
  • Willingness to take on a variety of production coordination and on-set support responsibilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, up to 25 hours per week, with flexibility around production schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting studio, field, corporate, broadcast, or multimedia productions.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling, crew coordination, ticketing systems, or digital asset management.
  • Experience working as a Production Assistant or teleprompter operator.
  • Basic understanding of common video, audio, and project-file formats.
