Video Production Manager

Kforce's client is looking for a Video Production Manager to support the Campaigns Team's online events production work. In this role, you will own end-to-end coordination of video projects, managing the logistics, communications, timelines, and administrative operations that keep every production on track, keeping stakeholders aligned.

Duties/Day to Day Overview:

• Manage end-to-end video production projects, coordinating timelines, review cycles, and deliverables across pre- and post-production phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external production agencies, coordinating shoot logistics for office recordings including security review, room booking, and on-site setup
• Build and maintain project plans in Asana, tracking status and flagging risks to keep projects on schedule
• Manage speaker logistics: calendar holds, scheduling updates, and communication leading up to and following shoots
• Handle production finance operations including invoice submission and purchase order setup
• Bring working knowledge of film equipment, crew coordination, and set logistics to anticipate and resolve production challenges
