Manage priorities, schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure high-quality outcomes across live events, classroom environments, collaboration spaces, conference rooms, and enterprise video production. The position requires regular onsite work at Fort Belvoir, VA, and travel to customer regional sites across the United States.

What you'll do

  • Lead weekly coordination meetings with government stakeholders, team members, and project partners.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, review work quality, and troubleshoot complex technical, workflow, and integration issues.
  • Plan and coordinate AV, VTC, collaboration, and video production support for classrooms, conference spaces, live events, and administrative environments.
  • Manage projects end to end, including scoping, scheduling, resource planning, and oversight of installations, upgrades, and production efforts.
  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and refresh of AV systems including displays, audio systems, cameras, control systems, and conferencing platforms.
  • Provide technical oversight for VTC systems using SIP, H.323, Microsoft Teams, and room systems such as Poly, Crestron, and Cisco.
  • Ensure proper network integration of AV/VTC systems, including coordination on VLANs, bandwidth, QoS, routing, and security requirements.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets; drive coordination, accountability, and timely closure.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues requiring deeper technical analysis or cross team engagement.
  • Maintain awareness of system architecture, including audio, video, control, and network signal flows.
  • Oversee video production work, reviewing deliverables, allocating resources, and managing timelines.
  • Support live and hybrid events by coordinating and administering in room AV and VTC systems.
  • Monitor and manage Microsoft Teams sessions for live events, ensuring stable connectivity, clear audio/video, and effective participant coordination.
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors providing additional technical, event, or production support.
  • Coordinate vendors and integrators for system installations, upgrades, and production related work.
  • Provide hands-on technical support when needed, including equipment installation, rack integration, endpoint configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Support testing, commissioning, documentation, and turnover of AV and VTC systems to ensure usability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
  • 5–10 years of experience delivering, supporting, and troubleshooting AV/IT systems in enterprise environments, including work as a technical lead or escalation point.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial AV infrastructure (displays, control systems, signal distribution, integration, and troubleshooting).
  • Experience managing technical coordination, reviewing system designs and documentation, and supporting installation or refresh projects.
  • Experience working collaboratively with IT, facilities, vendors, and stakeholder groups in crossfunctional environments.
  • CTS and/or PMP certification preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating technical leadership and project delivery capability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
