About the Role

You’ll work directly with the founder to create short-form and long-form content across social media, campaigns, retreats, and community experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who can film, edit, move quickly, and operate independently without heavy management.

Compensation & Perks

• $25/hour starting
• 1099 contractor role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Film and edit content for social platforms and campaigns
• Create reels, clips, promotional videos, and storytelling content
• Travel to events and retreats with the Hey Humanity team
• Organize media assets and maintain production workflows
• Collaborate directly with the founder on creative direction
• Produce fast-turnaround social-first video content
• Help evolve the visual identity of the brand

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing and storytelling ability
• Portfolio demonstrating creative and polished work
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Comfortable traveling for events and productions
• Self-managed and reliable without constant oversight
• Strong understanding of short-form social content
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment

We’re hiring a Videographer to help capture the journey from the ground floor. This is a remote-flexible role with travel opportunities to retreats, events, and brand activations.

Hiring Process
