The assignment is temporary in nature and aims to support professional development, knowledge transfer, and the delivery of major U.S. transportation infrastructure projects.\n \nPosition Overview\n \nThe VIE Project Coordination role within VINCI Highways will support the development and tendering of large-scale express lanes (toll road) projects procured as Public-Private Partnerships (PPP/P3) in the United States.\n \nBased in the Dallas\u2013Fort Worth area, the role focuses on project coordination and management support during the bidding of a major toll road project. The position offers direct exposure to complex infrastructure procurements and involves close coordination between VINCI Highways (Developer) and consortium members, including engineering designers, construction joint ventures, and technical, commercial, financial, insurance, and legal advisors, within a multidisciplinary and international environment.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nP3 Project Coordination & Management Support\n \nSupport day-to-day activities during the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase, ensuring effective information flow and alignment across technical, commercial, financial, and legal workstreams\n \nAssist the Project Director with planning, deliverables tracking, advisor coordination, budget monitoring, presentations, and reporting\n \nFacilitate coordination between internal teams, external consultants and contractors, and interactions with the Client and key stakeholders\n \nTechnical & Financial Proposal Development\n \nSupport proposal preparation activities, including coordination of technical inputs and review of documentation\n \nAssist in the preparation and consolidation of presentations, budgets, and proposal deliverables\n \nSupport interface management between engineering, construction, operations, and commercial teams\n \nOperations, Maintenance, T&R, Tolling & ITS\n \nCoordinate and monitor technical workstreams related to design, construction, operations and maintenance (O&M), traffic & revenue (T&R), tolling and ITS\n \nParticipate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits as required\n \nRequired Qualifications\n \nFrench citizen, eligible for the VIE program\n \n28 years old or younger at the start of the assignment\n \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field\n \n0 to 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:\n \nRoad or highway infrastructure projects\n \nPPP/P3, concession or alternative delivery\n \nInfrastructure design, procurement, or project coordination\n \nOperations and maintenance of transportation assets\n \nProfessional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)\n \nWillingness to travel within the United States\n \nPreferred Skills & Attributes\n \nStrong interest in transportation infrastructure development, PPP/P3 projects, and public procurement\n \nOrganizational, coordination, and administrative skills\n \nAbility to work across technical, commercial, and financial disciplines\n \nClear, structured, and effective communication skills in English\n \nProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment\n \nAssignment Conditions\n \nFixed-term VIE assignment of 12 to 18 months\n \nFull-time position based at the U.S. office in Plano, Texas\n \nAssignment conducted in compliance with VIE regulations and applicable U.S. immigration requirements\n \nThis role does not constitute permanent employment in the United States\n\n
