As a Dental Hygiene Faculty member, you will combine your clinical knowledge with student-centered teaching to help students build the technical skills, professional judgment, confidence, and compassion needed for successful careers. Inspire and prepare future dental hygiene professionals

• Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction that connects classroom concepts to real-world clinical practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), or a professional degree in dentistry (DDS or DMD).
• Current, unencumbered Idaho dental hygiene or dentist license, or eligibility for Idaho licensure.
• Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration.
• Three or more years of recent clinical dental hygiene or dental practice experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed. 
• Post secondary teaching experience preferred.

• Successful candidates must reside within Idaho
