Village Care Provider (CNA) Summary:The Village Care Provider (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's care plan, following established nursing care procedures and at the direction of a supervisor. CNA also ensures the villagers' needs are maintained with the highest degree of dignity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Providing for the continuous care and comfort of assigned villagersFeeding villagers and accounting for their daily intake of food and liquidsAssisting villagers with their daily grooming and hygienic needs, including bathing, dressing, and using the toiletHelping villagers stand, walk, exercise, sit, and lie downSafely escorting and/or transporting villagers to and from their rooms and other areas of the facility.Fill out and maintain patient recordsOther tasks as assignedQualifications:At least one year of previous work experience is desiredHigh school diploma or GEDCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program with 120 days to complete State Skills and Written Test.Benefits:Medical insurance with Rx benefitsDental insuranceVision carePaid vacation(10 or 12-hour shifts | Rotating Schedule)
