The mission of Westminster Village is to provide exceptional services that promote the overall wellness of seniors in the Greater Lafayette community. As a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we offer a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and healthcare services, tailored to the evolving needs of seniors. We are committed to enhancing lives, sharing resources, and collaborating with local organizations to foster a supportive, vibrant, and inclusive community.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Desire to work with the senior population
• Must have weekend availability
• Positive, cheerful attitude mixed with an abundance of patience and goodwill experience in home health care or long-term care
• Flexibility
• Appreciation for helping others
• Valid Indiana Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to clearly communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing

Part Time and Full Time available

Part Time

Starting pay: $14.00 per hour

Minimum of 2 shifts per week with the shifts being at least 4 hours long and weekend rotation

Full Time

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour

40 hours per week maximum

Open availability is preferred for both part time and full time.

We offer Village Care services from 7:00 am- 10:00 pm.
