- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices during all installations and repairs.
- Document completed work and communicate with clients about project progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fence installation or related construction work.
- Knowledge of vinyl materials and installation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic tools and equipment for fence installation preferred.
