As a Vinyl Materials Welder, you'll play a crucial role in the assembly of vinyl components, ensuring products meet high-quality standards. You'll work closely with team members to deliver precise, reliable welds that contribute to the companys reputation for excellence and durability.
What You'll Do
As a Vinyl Materials Welder, you will be responsible for:
Assembling vinyl parts and products according to detailed work instructions, diagrams, and verbal guidance.
Measuring, aligning, and welding vinyl components with a RF (Radio Frequency) welding machine to exact specifications.
Inspecting in-process materials for color consistency, flaws, and accuracy before welding.
Ensuring all products meet quality standards and conform to specifications.
Reporting any product non-conformities or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Following ISO procedures, including lot number tracking, to maintain traceability.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and operating equipment safely.
Assisting in training new team members to uphold quality and safety standards.
Collaborating with team members to optimize productivity and workflow.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing and/or RF welding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Comfort sitting, standing, bending, crawling, or crouching for extended periods.
Sharp visual acuity for reading instructions, inspecting parts, and operating machines.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as utility knives, scissors, and measuring tapes.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
