About the Role

Tuacahn Center for the Arts is seeking an Ambassador Club Lead to oversee hospitality and nightly operations for the Ambassador Club Lounge during the Broadway Season.

This role plays an important part in ensuring donors, Board members, and VIP guests receive a welcoming and elevated experience during performances and special donor events.

The Ambassador Club Lead supervises lounge operations, supports club attendants, manages inventory and vendor coordination, and communicates important donor interactions to the Development team.

The position works closely with the Event Planner, Executive Assistant / Donor Relations Manager, and Development leadership to maintain high hospitality standards and smooth nightly operations.

Work Dynamic

  • $17/hour - 10 to 15 hours per week
  • Seasonal, from May to December
  • Able to work 3-6 nights a week, must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Service

  • Welcome and assist Ambassador Club members, donors, and VIP guests
  • Provide attentive and professional hospitality service
  • Support an elevated and organized guest experience
  • Handle guest questions and requests professionally

Club Operations

  • Oversee nightly Ambassador Club setup and closing procedures
  • Ensure the lounge remains clean, stocked, and operational throughout the evening
  • Coordinate lighting, restocking, cleanliness, and operational readiness
  • Supervise and support club attendants during nightly operations

Inventory & Supplies

  • Maintain nightly inventory records
  • Monitor food, beverage, and supply levels
  • Place vendor orders and coordinate restocking needs
  • Maintain organization of storage and operational supply areas

Development Team Coordination

  • Communicate notable donor interactions and guest feedback to the Development team
  • Maintain accurate club attendance and check-in records
  • Support coordination of VIP attendance and donor hospitality needs
  • Support of additional donor hospitality activities (thank you cards, gift baskets, etc) during show times.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, events, guest services, food and beverage, or related fields preferred
  • Joyous personality and disposition to connect with guests
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and performance schedules during the Broadway Season
  • Strong attention to detail and operational reliability
  • Ability to remain professional and calm in busy guest-service environments
