**Qualifications**
Under the supervision of the VIP Supervisor, the VIP Host is a
professional guest-relations role focused on delivering personalized,
high-quality service to high-value casino guests in VIP and premium
areas. The role centers on service excellence, operational accuracy, and
guest advocacy, while upholding confidentiality, regulatory compliance,
and responsible gaming standards. Maintain strict confidentiality
regarding guest information and casino operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in
hospitality, business, or related fields preferred.
- Two or more years of casino guest service experience, or related
field required.
- Prior VIP Host experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
engage diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and
holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury or
high-profile environment.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Must 21 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug, background
investigation, obtain and maintain suitability for gaming licenses
in Arizona and California.
- Native American preference and/or experience with Native American
culture and government preferred.Q
