What You'll Do:

As General Manager, you’ll serve as both leader and ambassador, guiding your team with vision, professionalism, and accountability. You’ll oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensure seamless execution, and drive growth by fostering collaboration, consistency, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading daily operations with professionalism, pace, and poise under pressure
• Acting as a visible ambassador for hospitality, elevating every guest interaction
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members through clear feedback and follow-through
• Setting goals, monitoring progress, and removing barriers to success
• Building and sustaining a culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and growth
• Recruiting, training, and retaining top-level talent across the FOH and BOH team
• Driving operational excellence through checklists, service standards, and facility oversight
• Diagnosing challenges with data and shifting priorities with confidence
• Leading by example with consistency, communication, and stage presence

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of General Manager (or similar) experience in high-volume dining
• Experience with sushi and Japanese cuisine preferred
• Proven leadership with longevity (2+ years in the same restaurant/group)
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
• Corporate and independent restaurant experience a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
