What You'll Do

As a Virago Host, you are the first and last touchpoint for our Guests - and your impact is unforgettable. You'll greet with sincerity, guide with confidence, and create the tone for every visit

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• • Welcoming each Guest with warmth, authenticity, and a sense of occasion
  • Managing reservations and Guest flow using the SevenRooms system
  • Executing proper seating protocol with poise and polish
  • Anticipating Guest needs and recognizing key moments like birthdays or anniversaries
  • Communicating clearly with the service team to ensure smooth transitions
  • Contributing to the cleanliness, flow, and energy of the front of house
  • Delivering a graceful farewell experience - from coat check to valet coordination
  • Delivering sincere, positive, and attentive hospitality to every Guest
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• A Guest-first mindset and positive attitude
• A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• High standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and lead
