Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Virtual Call Agent to support our plastics manufacturing and distribution operations remotely. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product inquiries, process service requests, coordinate with sales and production teams, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries about plastic products and services
- Make outbound calls for order follow-ups, customer support, and lead generation
- Assist customers with pricing, product availability, order status, and delivery updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, shipping, and production departments
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Process orders, quotes, and service requests
- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls with clients and sales representatives
- Support administrative and customer service tasks as needed
- Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or virtual support preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and phone-handling skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
